Let's set up your services and pricing — the foundation of every quote your business sends.
Here's your service catalog. You set the price for each service you offer, and Step 1 is Quick Add.
Quick Add pulls from a global list. Check what you offer — Buyer's, Pre-listing, Wind Mitigation.
Keep scrolling — Mold, Radon, Termite, Drone Roof Scan, Sewer Scope.
Check or uncheck anything, then hit Update Services. Done.
Not on the list? Add Custom Service. Type the name and set your price.
Add a service like a hot tub inspection, then pick a Quick Template for a professional description.
Each template writes a polished description automatically — so customers see exactly what they're paying for.
Select a category so the service lands in the right place when building quotes.
Now here's where it gets powerful — Smart Pricing. Set rules for bigger properties and older homes, and the price adjusts automatically.
Fifteen hundred square feet, built in nineteen eighty? Three hundred becomes three sixty — no guesswork.
You control every variable — size, age, toggle rules on or off, and the example updates live.
Confirm your pricing and description — everything looks right.
Hit Add Service, and it's live in your catalog.
When your services are dialed in, hit Setup Agreements — quotes, invoices, and contracts all pull from the same pricing.
