If you didn't add images through the InspectorData app, go to your desktop and click on View Reports. Find the inspection and click Start Inspection.
Pick the type of inspection — like a general home inspection.
Click Templates, pick one, and hit Load. Every category gets pulled in.
Click step two, Photos, at the top right.
Then click the Photo Gallery to open your file browser, or drag photos straight in from any folder on your computer.
For this demo, the file picker is hidden, but on your screen you'd just select the photos you want and hit Open. Pull in as many as you like — it handles dozens at a time.
Click the photos you want in your report, or hit Select All.
If extras are hidden, click View Remaining to see them all.
Photos added show a green border with an IN REPORT badge.
The selected photos drop into step two as cards. The AI analyzes each one, assigning category and subcategory automatically.
Watch the queue clear — green means done, with categories locked in.
Click step three, Build Report.
Each category in the sidebar fills with the photos the AI assigned — your report builds itself.
Green confirmation means every photo is sorted, no manual work.
Check your photos by clicking any category on the left.
The Photos panel on the right shows everything. Click the U button to upload more from your desktop.
