From your dashboard, open the Inspection Calendar.
Month view shows every booking — client names, times, and services right on the date, all color-coded by status.
Switch to week view to see your day broken into time slots, perfect for spotting your open windows.
Click any appointment for the full details — client, phone, email, property, and total.
Click Directions to launch turn-by-turn navigation right from the panel.
Assign sub-contractors to the job — track what they cost and your real profit margin in real time.
Need to reschedule? Pick a new date and time, add the reason, and confirm.
The calendar updates instantly, and the client is notified.
The Next Seven Days sidebar shows what's coming up, with total drive miles and estimated fuel based on your vehicle's miles per gallon.
Need to remove an appointment? Choose Remove from Calendar to keep the records, or Delete Permanently to wipe everything.
