The Partner Network is where you manage every subcontractor your business works with.
Your contractors are listed on the left, and the map shows their location and coverage area.
To bring someone into your network, click Send Contractor Invite.
Enter their name and email. They'll get a link to fill out their own profile — services, rates, coverage area — all on their end.
One click and the invite is on its way.
They show up in your network as soon as the invite is sent, and their status updates when they complete their profile.
The map updates in real time. Each pin is color-coded by service, and the circles show how far each contractor travels.
Click any contractor to see the full picture — their services, rates, coverage radius, and job history.
Everything you need to decide who to send a job to, all in one place.
When a contractor finishes a job, log it right here. Pick the service type, enter the address, and record what you paid and what you charged.
Address autocomplete fills in the details, and the service type ties back to your service list.
Add the amounts and any notes, then save. The job is tracked and your payables update automatically.
Every job you log builds a history — so you always know who's reliable and what you owe.
Manage Service Types lets you customize the categories your contractors work in — Radon, Sewer Scope, Mold, Termite, and more.
Need a new one? Type the name, pick a color, and it's added to the list.
Every service type gets its own color on the map, so you can filter and find contractors by specialty.
The Payables Summary shows what you owe across all contractors. When everything's paid up, you'll see this.
Your whole subcontractor network — mapped, tracked, and organized. No spreadsheets, no guesswork.
