Here's how to get the mobile app on your phone — no app store needed.
Click Mobile App in the sidebar, and pick your phone — iPhone or Android.
You'll see QR codes for the Home Inspection App and the Sewer Scope App. Open your phone camera and scan.
Select your phone type and the guide walks you through every step.
First, scan the QR code with your phone's camera. Tap the link that pops up.
Next, tap the menu button in your browser — the three dots or the share icon.
Tap Share, then look for Add to Home Screen.
Find Add to Home Screen and tap it.
Tap Add to confirm. That's it — the app opens full-screen, just like a native app.
Done. No downloads, no app store, no waiting. It's on your home screen and ready to go.
Back on the main page, you can manage connected devices — up to two per account.
Photos sync automatically. Snap on your phone, and they appear in your report in the right category — sorted by AI in under five seconds.
