The InspectorData mobile app has two big capture buttons at the bottom of the screen, and they do completely different things.
The grey button saves your photo to the gallery for later. The green button drops it straight into your inspection report.
Tap GALLERY when you want to save the photo in your photo gallery, but not put it in the report. If you make a mistake, you can always select it later.
The green REPORT button is for photos you want in your report.
Watch what happens. I'll tap REPORT on this wood rot to the soffit.
The photo lands in the build with a green IN REPORT badge, and a category already assigned.
