The Florida Wind Mitigation form — O-I-R B1 1802, Rev 04/26 — is the form that earns your client serious hurricane discounts. InspectorData has it.
From your dashboard, open View Reports — every inspection you've scheduled lives here.
Find the job, click Start Inspection, and pick Other Templates from the menu.
Wind Mit Rev. 04/26 is right there. Click it and the form opens, pre-loaded with client name, address, and inspection date.
Your license number and company autofill from your Business Profile, so you only enter them once.
A live completion gauge tracks all 85 fields, every required photo, and shows you exactly what's left.
You'll answer nine numbered questions: Building Code, Region, Roof Slope, Roof Covering, Roof Deck Attachment, Roof-to-Wall, Roof Geometry, Sealed Roof Deck, and Opening Protection.
Every question 2 through 9 needs a verification photo. The form prompts you and locks Finalize until they're attached.
Opening Protection has its own seven-level chart — windows, garage doors, skylights, glass block — so picking the weakest level is one tap.
Headed to a job site? Scan the QR code and the desktop and mobile will always stay in sync.
Preview the report, then Finalize to generate the official six-page O-I-R PDF that earns your client the discount.
