The Florida 4-Point Inspection is what insurance carriers require for older homes. InspectorData walks you through it section by section.
From your dashboard, open View Reports — every inspection you've scheduled lives here.
Find the job, click Start Inspection, and pick Other Templates from the menu.
4-Point Inspection is right there next to TREC. Click it and the form opens, pre-loaded with your client name, address, and inspection date.
Your Florida license number and company name autofill from your Business Profile, so you only enter them once.
A live completion gauge tracks every field, photo requirement, and condition rating — so you know exactly what insurance will accept before you finalize.
You will rate four systems — Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Roof — each one Satisfactory, Unsatisfactory, or Not Applicable.
Check hazards like cloth wiring, aluminum branch circuits, active leaks, or roof damage. Anything checked here triggers a comment requirement.
