What is AI Auto-Write?
AI Auto-Write is the AI home inspection report writer built into InspectorData. It reads your inspection photos, puts each one in the right section, writes every comment in your own style, sets statuses and flags, and polishes your own notes. You review the draft and press Save.
How much does AI Auto-Write cost?
Every account gets 2 reports free. After that it is $8 per report on the $79 monthly plan, or 1 credit per report on pay-per-inspection plans.
Does the AI send the report to my client?
No. Nothing is sent to your client until you review the report and press Save. Anything the AI was not sure about is flagged for you to check.
Will it change what I already wrote?
Your own notes are only cleaned up: short notes become full sentences and every fact stays the same. You can undo any change in one tap.
How do I start an AI report?
Go to Dashboard, then View Reports, then Start/Continue Report, and choose "AI writes it, I review".
